Phase 1: AGREEMENT

Master Partnership Agreement (MPA) signed by all parties
Joint ATIC Oversight Committee (JAOC) formally constituted
KSU allocates 450 sqm campus space within College of Tourism
Per-student delivery fee structure confirmed
Saudi curriculum localisation process commences
VVG Academy Lab Manager recruitment begins

Phase 2: INFRASTRUCTURE

Months 2–4
AI Lab design finalised and approved by JAOC
Equipment procurement orders placed (Zones 1–5)
VVG Resident Lab Manager recruited and onboarded
LMS platform configured and integrated with KSU student database
Faculty exchange briefings and orientation schedule agreed
Dual branding materials designed and approved

Phase 3: LAB COMMISSION

Months 4–6
All 5 lab zones installed and commissioned at KSU
Student awareness campaign launched
KSU faculty orientation workshop (3-day VVG-led intensive)
Pilot student enrolment opened — Year 1 and Year 2 priority
ATIC website and student portal launched
Module 1–4 content loaded into LMS

Phase 4: PILOT LAUNCH

Months 6–9
50 Year 1 + 50 Year 2 pilot cohort enrolled and inducted
Modules 1–4 delivered (AI Fundamentals, Smart Hotels, CRM, Booking)
First VVG visiting lecturers arrive and deliver on-campus sessions
Mid-pilot JAOC review — adjustments made based on feedback
Student NPS surveys conducted after each module
Corporate cohort enquiries begin — pipeline development

Phase 5: FULL LAUNCH

Months 9–12
Full enrolment across all 3 year groups — all 10 modules active
All 5 lab zones operating at full capacity
Corporate cohort marketing initiated to KSA hotel and airline partners
First ATIC Pitch Day planned for Month 12
JAOC quarterly review — curriculum and delivery assessment
Student career support — VFS employer network engaged

Phase 6: SCALE & EXPAND

Year 2 Onward
Full 3-year student cycle running with all 10 modules
First IPPP projects selected and entering incubation
Annual ATIC Pitch Day established as flagship KSU event
First products to market from IPPP (target: March 2027)
ATIC replication feasibility study for Jeddah and UAE
Year 2 cohort growth target: +20% enrolled students

Quality Assurance Framework (6 Points)

1.NCAAA alignment — all modules benchmarked within 6 months of launch
2.External moderation — independent examiner reviews 10% of assessments each semester
3.Student NPS surveys — end-of-module satisfaction tracking, minimum 70 NPS target
4.Annual curriculum review — VFS Global industry panel validates all module content
5.Graduate employment tracking — 6 and 12-month post-graduation outcomes monitored
6.Annual lab technical audit — all 5 zones reviewed for uptime, usage, and condition
